He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Roy Douglas and Patty Bowman Routin; his nephew Chris Norton; and his brother-in-law Rob Chapman. He is survived by: his daughter Tamara Douglas of Harrodsburg; his siblings, Lori Broyles (Larry) of Junction City, Tim Douglas (Debbie) of Moreland and Scott Douglas of Junction City; his nephews, Michael and Paul Douglas; and his close friend Teresa Routin of Junction City.
