She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Leslie and Sibbie Ellen Wilson; her grandson Phillup Lee Clarkson; her grandparents, Courtney and Pearlie Simpson-Trent; and her uncle Jake Sebastian.
She is survived by: her husband Anthony "Tony" J. Osborne; her children, Holly Argo (Zak), Brittany Murphy (Michael Cornett) and Chanse Murphy; her grandchildren, Clay Pike, Isabella Pike and Arielle Argo; her siblings, Barbara Robbins, Rebecca Abell (Billy), Les Wilson (Heather) and Robin Barnett; her aunt Lettie Sebastian; and her uncles, Charlie, Bee, Earl and Walter Trent. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Kay's honor to the Ronald McDonald House. The family greatly appreciates donations made to these charities in Kay Osborne 's name.
