He is survived by: his wife Sheila J. Dotson Starks; his sisters, Diane Lapointe of Georgia and Betty Dotson (Jerry) of London, Kentucky; and his sisters-in-law, Amy Johnson (David) and Sandra Nusret (Kosar). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and many dear friends.
