He is survived by: his wife Opal Purcell Reed; his daughters, Stacie Bowling (John) of Augusta, KY, Cindy Crawford (Brian) of Augusta, KY and Regina Brockman (Joey) of Mt. Olivet, KY.; his grandchildren, Thomas Blevins (Lauren), Tori Blevins, Austin Stanton (Kaylee), Bradley Stanton (Anna), Prestyn Purcell (Autumn), Triston Brockman and Kyston Purcell; his great grandchildren, Claire, Miles Blevins, Caden and Jace Thompson; his siblings, Terry Reed of Maysville, KY and Peggy Frederick of Cynthiana, KY; and his sister-in-law Linda Purcell of Augusta, KY..
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Moore & Parker Funeral Home-Augusta (305 Elizabeth Street, Augusta, KY 41002). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
