John Richard Meier Obituary

The memory of John Richard Meier (Kenton, Kentucky), who passed away on December 13, 2025 at the age of 74, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence "Bud" Meier and Mariella Meier; his sister Mary Anne Behrens; and his brother-in-law Bill Rettig. He is survived by: his wife Donna Meier; his children, Jason Meier and Emily Goshorn (Jeff); his granddaughter Scarlett; his siblings, Bob Meier (Cindra), Joe Meier (Suzanne), Terry Meier, Susan Meier and Jim Meier (Monica); and his siblings-in-law, Jim Rettig and Nancy Rettig-Angle (Brad). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
