She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Workman and Susan Workman. She is survived by: her husband Clyde Blackburn, Sr.; her children, Timmy Blackburn, Matthew Blackburn, Clyde Blackburn, III, David Blackburn, Harley Blackburn and Tammy Dennison; her siblings, Clara Blackburn, Derrick Workman, Marabeth Hesler, Angel Hogg, Johnny Hesler and Nellie Tolle; and also, Elizabeth Blackburn and Heaven Whitehead.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Augusta Baptist Church (300 E 4th St, Augusta, KY 41002).
