It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gail Middleton O'Rourke of Kenvir, Kentucky, who passed away on September 24, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Gail leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Middleton and Verna Middleton; and her brothers, Ova, Ken and Bennie Middleton.

She is survived by: her husband Jack Franklin O'Rourke; her son Jack O'Rourke (Rhonda); her granddaughter Kayla O'Rourke; and her siblings, Lynn Napier, Phyllis Hudson, Tim Middleton (Barb) and Marty Middleton (Donna). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family; and a host of friends.
