She is survived by: her brother Billy Gene Hook (Diana) of Kevil, KY; her nephew Frankie Hook; her niece Jami Seaton (Joey); her great-niece Shelby; and her nephew Steven Seaton.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Woodville Cemetery (12960 Woodville Rd, Kevil, KY 42053).
