She was predeceased by: her father Robert Lee Koehler; her husband Herbert Gene Smith; and her grandparents, Loyd, Emma Gholson and Betty Koehler.
She is survived by: her mother Katherine Gholson Brown of Kevil, KY; her siblings, Robert Kohler (Renee) of Reidland, KY and EmmaLee Cerbone of Kevil, KY; her nieces, Gracie Cerbone, Abbey Cerbone, Sydney Koehler and Anna Koehler; and her nephew Waylon Wilson.
