With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rebecca Kay Romain of Kevil, Kentucky, who passed away on December 21, 2022 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Bill Plumlee and Elizabeth Plumlee; and her brother Bill Ed Plumlee. She is survived by : her son Keith Plumlee (Tina) of Paducah; her siblings, Kenneth Wayne Plumlee (Susan) of California and Karen Elizabeth Clark of Okeechobee, FL; her nieces and nephews, Jason Plumlee, Justin Plumlee, Patrick Plumlee, Chaid Clark, Cassandra Prudy and Shannon Lightsey; and her pet Tuffy.
