She is survived by: her parents, Herbert Starnes and Lizzie Ann Carter Starnes; her siblings, Rosa May Starnes, Ida Virginia Starnes, Clinton Starnes, Howard Starnes, Wilburn Starnes and Ellis Starnes; her children, George David Williams and Rhonda Craft (Donnie); and her grandchildren, Michael Coleman, Dustin Ratliff, Matthew Craft, Daniel Craft, Jason Williams, Eden Williams, Nathan Williams, Whitney Coleman, Kaitlyn Skeens and Cameron Williams. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
