She was predeceased by: her father Donald Helvey; and her brothers, Donald Dewayne Helvey and Christopher Alex Helvey. She is survived by: her mother Madge Smith Helvey; her husband Tavie Rowe; her son Chris West (Suzi); her stepchildren, Jessica Rowe (Jayden Chester) and Justin Rowe (Alysia); her grandchildren, Presley West and Parker West; her stepgrandchildren, Keith Rowe, Travis Rowe and Stacy Rowe; and her sister Christy Helvey. She is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, Other Family and Friends.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of the Thacker Memorial Funeral Home (1118 S Mayo Trail, Pikeville, KY 41501). An entombment was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 at the Mountain View Memory Gardens (119 N Mountain View Ln, Huddy, KY 41535).
