He is survived by: his parents, Sandra "Blackburn" Adkins of Bowman, GA and Ember Adkins; his wife Robin Adkins of Kimper, KY; his children, Timothy Aaron Adkins (Danielle Roberts), Nikki Danielle Parks (Jesse) of Feds Creek, KY and Haley Brook Adkins (R. J. Roberts) of Prestonsburg, KY; his sisters, Lisa Adkins (BJ) of Bowman, GA and Sheila Blankenship (Johnny) of Phelps, KY; and his grandchildren, Jacob Leon Parks, Jasmine Leann Parks, Jenna Leigh Parks and Faith Elizabeth June Roberts.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Jones & West Funeral Home (37035 KY-194, Phelps, KY 41553). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 7:00 PM and on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
