He was predeceased by: his father Carlos; and his siblings, Jim Phelps, Jesse Estes, Howard Estes, Teddy Phelps, Betty Ann Phelps Pettyjohn, Dixie Estes Anderson, Faye Estes Durham and Betty Sue Estes Holt.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his children, Ashley Neat (Brad), Lindsey Allen (Eddie) and Sam Estes (Grace Clements); his grandchildren, Blayze Neat, Arabella Neat, Ben Estes, Bailey Allen and Brooklyn Allen; and his siblings, Bob Estes (Kaye), Bill Estes, Donna Westfall (Shawn), Carol Wimsatt (Albert) and Denise Spears. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and a wide circle of friends and neighbors.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the McKinney-Brown Funeral Home (752 Campbellsville St, Liberty, KY 42539). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to Walltown Christian Church and/or the Jay Price Scholarship Fund (Casey County Bank).
