He is survived by : his wife Katie Fleming (Wyatt) of Kirksey; his daughter Maddalyn Fleming of Hardin, KY; his parents, John D. Fleming and Sheila Fleming of Possum Trot; and his brothers, Shane Lowe (Allison) of Paducah and Lantz Fleming of Paducah. He is also survived by 4 nieces.
