He was predeceased by: his parents, Griggs King and Ethel Hall King; and his siblings, Ollie James King (Annette), Byron Glenn King (Betty) and Lois Jean King Shockey (Clifford).
He is survived by: his wife Chelsa Faye King; his daughter Ashley Gail King; and his sisters, Carolyn Gayheart (Ken), Doris Waddles (Diamond Ray Sr) and Phyllis King Hall (Marvin). He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM and on Friday, July 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Hindman Chapel (125 Parks Rd, Hindman, KY 41822). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Topmost Baptist Church (35 Potato Branch Rd, Topmost, KY 41862).
