He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charles, Elizabeth Rocknowski, Alfred and Elois Smith; his cousins, Gary Waller, Jr. and Callie Smith; his uncles, Jim Bonds (Dawn Smith) and Darrell Brandon; and his aunt Linda Smith.
He is survived by: his parents, Michael Smith and Jill Smith (Rocknowski) of Knifley, KY; his daughter Leah Grace Smith; his siblings, Maressa Bresler (Anthony) and Klinton Smith (Gabbi); his nieces, Ashlynn, Elizabeth, Kassidy and Rowan; and his aunts and uncles, Beth, Debi Kempen, Becky Bonds, Kim (Don Smith), Russell (Deb Rocknowski), Robin (Joe Monik), Darrin (Cindy Rocknowski), Wendy (John Smith), Ed (Anna Smith), Teresa (Dave Pollack) and Robert Smith (Dan Arceo).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home (210 Greensburg St, Columbia, KY 42728). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
