She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus B. O'Bannon and Carrie Lillie Clark Arnold; her husband Donald Ray McKinney; and her son Thomas Wayne McKinney. She is survived by: her children, Edward McKinney (Peggy) and Marcia Pace (Casey) of West Paducah; and her sister Mayetta VanLandingham.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Dunn's Funeral Home (301 W Fairview Ave, Eddyville, KY 42038). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Rose Hill Cemetery (601 Everly Brothers Blvd, Central City, KY 42330).
