She was predeceased by: her husband Joe Tosh; her siblings, W. L. Simpkins, Billy Simpkins and Phyllis Phillips; and her parents, John Linon and Ruby Fuller Simpkins.
She is survived by: her sons, Kevin Tosh (Bonnie) of Eddyville and Darren Tosh (Jennifer) of Lexington, KY; her grandchildren, Tiffany Tosh (Kory) of Westland, MI and Justin Tosh (Ashley) of Corbin, KY; and her great grandchild Mason Allen Carter.
