He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Elburn and Mary Ann Latham Sullivan; his nephew David Ritchie Jr.; and his stepson Kevin Grady, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Star Ann Thompson Sullivan; his children, Crystal Finke (Ryan) of Nashville, IL and Brian Sullivan (Stacie Zaiser) of Granite City, IL; his stepsons, Jeff Thompson (Michelle Denny) of Girard, IL, Tony Oliva (Maria) of Las Vegas, NV and Philip Oliva of Glen Carbob, IL.; his siblings, Debbie Sterling of Paducah, KY, Tammy Nall of Sebree, KY, Mary Ann Ritchie (David) of Eddyville, KY and Jerry Sullivan of Symsonia, KY; his grandchildren, Devan Sullivan (Allie), Amanda Pingleton (Courtney), Brandon Pruitt, Kevin Thompson, Ocie Oliva, Isabella Oliva, Isaiah Oliva, Illiana Oliva and Isaac Oliva; and his great grandchildren, Rayvn Harter and Colt Thompson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lakeland Funeral Home (1133 US-62, Eddyville, KY 42038). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
