Rodney M. Polk Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on February 9, 2026, at the age of 78, Rodney M. Polk of Kuttawa, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, W. R. Polk and Doris Rushing Polk; his son Rod Polk, Jr.; and his siblings, Yvonne Bynum, Troy, Charles and Harold Polk.

He is survived by: his wife Betty Smith Polk of Kuttawa; his daughter Angie Lee (Bruce) of Kuttawa; his siblings, April Woodall (Tracy) of Fredonia and Gregg Polk (Deloris) of Fredonia; his daughter-in-law Corbitt Polk of Nicholasville; his grandchildren, Brandon Winter (Elizabeth), Victoria Shewcraft (Keaton), Austin Lee, Addison Polk and Malena Polk; and his great grandchildren, Lynlee and Lawson Shewcraft. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
