She was predeceased by: her husband Leon Douglas; her daughter Tara Morgan; and her siblings, Sharon Kinkade, Billy Sims, Ginny Thomas and Pat Wilson.
She is survived by: her son David Holeman (Kim); her grandchildren, Abby Ousley (Cole), Cameron Holeman, Chelsea McGahee (Daniel Pendergraft), Lydia McGahee-Payne (Todd) and Shannon McGahee (Adam Blythe); and her great grandchildren, Alayna Hall, Summer Pendergraft, Julia Blythe and Nora Blythe.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church (3492 State Route 810 S, Kuttawa, KY 42055).
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Anthony's Hospice.
