She is survived by : her daughters, Christina Cavanaugh of LaCenter, KY, Cindy Perkins of LaCenter, KY, Donna Evans of Louisville, KY, Linda Pittman (Neil) of Wickliffe, KY and Tina Covington (Darrell) of Louisville, KY; her sister Judy King of Rosebud, Missouri; and her grandchildren, Chad Perkins, Angela Bannick, Jessica Evans, Katie Evans, Tyler Pittman, Amanda LaFont, Matthew Covington and Karen Carby. She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren.
