He is survived by: his wife Edwina Gunter Overby of Paducah, KY; his children, Tera Bichon (Teddy) of Franklin, TN and Razi Overby (Misty) of Kevil, KY.; his stepchildren, Kyle Madison and Mark Madison of Paducah, KY.; his grandchildren, Brooks Bichon and Coco Bichon of Franklin, TN.; and his brothers, William Ray Overby, Jr. of Barlow and Everette Lynn Overby of Wickliffe.
