He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles William and Caroline Virginia Maitland (Miller); and his siblings, Teresa Maitland of Humboldt, TN and Rick Maitland of Milwaukee, WI.. He is survived by: his brothers, Mike Maitland (Joann) and Jerrell Maitland (Kathy); his children, Cortney Maitland, Ashley Smith (Roy), Charlie Maitland (Elizabeth) and Johnny Maitland (Bre Seymour); and his grandchildren, Owen, Caitlyn, Carson, Rachel, Motley, Lennon, Luna and Roman. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, as well as a huge extended family with all of his friends.
