He was predeceased by: his parents, Freddie Milburn and Mary Opal Milburn (Way); and his brother-in-law Tim Christian. He is survived by: his daughter Lindsay Milburn (Adam Holt); his siblings, Phyllis Christian and Rick Milburn (Melody); his nieces and nephews, Erica Tedder (Brad), Nick Milburn, Patrick Milburn and Kendall Stowell (Nick); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kailee Peirson (Connor), Emily Combs (Issac), Braden Tedder, Brinley Milburn, Blythe Stowell and Reese Stowell. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lewy Body Dementia Association to help others impacted by this disease.
