It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Brian Yost (La Grange, Kentucky), born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on May 20, 2026, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Irvin Yost; and his father-in-law Walter Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Thompson Yost; his children, Brian Yost (Brian Leung), Brittany Yost Neu (Mark), Mark and Jackson Neu; his mother Sue Yost; and his siblings, Michael Yost (Patty) and Dinah Sparks (O. V.). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In Lieu of flowers or gifts, Memorial Donations in Gary's name can be sent to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital and/or UK Markey Cancer Hospital.
