He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Lee and Esta Lucille Lowe (Webb); his wife Karen Lynn Lowe; his son Stephen Thomas Lowe; his sister Patricia Willingham; and his niece Amy Jo Curry.
He is survived by: his children, Tiffany Lowe, Stephanie Riordan (Aaron) and Josh Lowe; his grandchildren, Malachai Day (Jonathan), Logan Cates (Katelyn), Allison Cates, Lilly Riordan and Caleb Riordan; his great grandchildren, Jason Day, Oliver Cates and Scarlett Cates; and his siblings, Carol Sue Curry (Joe) and Bobby Lowe.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Cedar Lake Lodge Foundation.
