It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lloyd Allen Foe (La Grange, Kentucky), born in Marlinton, West Virginia, who passed away on December 29, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Winfred B Foe and Maxine Shinaberry Foe; and his in-laws, Leo S O'Brien and Berdeen Simmons O'Brien. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Anne Foe (O'Brien); his siblings, Lewis M Foe (Billie Sue) and Linda Jean Foe Simmons (Eugene); and his brother-in-law Michael Leo O'Brien (Tina). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and special friends.
