She is survived by: her children, Carla Abney of Winchester, Carrie Sargent of Lancaster, Kathy Perkins (Dino) of Danville and Kevin Sargent of Stanford; her siblings, Jimmy Adams of McKinney, Betty Cornelius of Mitchellsburg and Peggy Adams of Lancaster; her grandchildren, Deana Childress, Arielle Perkins Scgers, BreAnna Sargent, Jared Perkins and Brandon Isaacs; and her great grandchildren, Kimberly, James Childress, Tristen, Kaisen Scgers, Claire, Evie Perkins and Brooklyn Means. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
