She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Spillman and Sula Ray Dunn; her husband Dewey J. Leavell; her siblings, Louie, Calvin Dunn, Shelia Alcorn, Sarona Black and Yvonne Frye; her niece Victoria Dunn; her nephew Robert Dunn; and her stepdaughter Diane Leavell Boulder.
She is survived by: her daughter Angela Leavell of Louisville; her granddaughter Madison J'Ann Robinson of Louisville; her brothers, Albert Spillman (Don Notts) of Lancaster and Robert Ray of Richmond; and her brothers-in-law, Charles Alcorn of Lancaster and Jamie Black of Lancaster. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and many special friends.
