She was predeceased by: her spouse Berry Qualls; her parent Alpha Lee Hatchell; and her daughter-in-law Dean Qualls. She is survived by: her children, Gail Crabtree (Paul) and Mike Qualls; and her grandsons, Tony, Jeff and Nathan.
A graveside service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Blue Grass Memorial Gardens (4915 Harrodsburg Rd, Nicholasville, KY 40356).
