He is survived by: his parents, Alice Ann Risner (Ben Perkins) and Marshall SmithSister (Ashlyn Anna-Leigh SmithMaternal); his grandparents, Phillip and Norma RisnerSpecial; and his pet Ella Shitty SmithHost. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, other relatives.
Family requests no flowers. In lieu of flowers any donations will be used to "Pay it Forward" from Jullian.
