He was predeceased by: his parents, James Perry and Melzenia Collins Perry. He is survived by: his daughters, Rebekah Perry Fearing (James Burton) and Emily Brewster (Matthew); his stepchildren, Shawn Igo (Krista) and Todd Igo (Karen Staton); his grandchildren, Bailey Igo, Kennedy Igo, Trevor Igo, Caleb Igo, Braxton Igo, Raelynn Fearing, Carter Burton, Isabella Burton, Blayke Brewster, Brody Brewster and Carter Blevins; and his siblings, James Perry Jr., Mark Perry (Pat), Sharon Madden, Teresa Perry Reynolds (James) and Sandra Spitzner.
