He was predeceased by : his father Leroy Hager. He is survived by : his children, Jeffery O'Neal Hager (Rebecca), Steven Wayne Hager (Sherri) and Karen Jane Hager; his siblings, Ed Hager (Pat), Bronce Hager, Ricky Dale Hager (Debbie), Linda Casey, JoAnn Vest (Tommy) and Ethel Bailey (Jim); his grandchildren, Jessica Lane (James), Justin Hager (Kendall) and Zachary Collins; his great grandchildren, Nicholas Allen, Alexandra Allen and Haylin Hager; and his pets, Red, Jed and Molly.
