She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Cline and Carolyn Ann Atkins Ratliff; her daughter Lesley Jade Ratliff; and her siblings, Dale Wayne Ratliff and Sarah Ratliff.
She is survived by: her brothers, Larry Gene Ratliff of Pikeville and Garry Dean Ratliff of Mt. Sterling; her granddaughter Stesha Price; and her close friend Julie Morris.
