He is survived by: his wife April Bentley Meadows; his children, Daniel Meadows (Michal) of Seymour, Indiana, Jessica Bertrand (Matt) of Prestonsburg, Melinda Collins (Jeffery) of Langley, Kentucky and Jordan Stacy; his siblings, Ted Meadows of Langley, Marena Runyon of Zebulon, Kathy Prater of Hueysville and Linda Meadows of Langley, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Skyler, Thomas and Elizabeth Pearl; his sibling Fur; and his grandchild Koda.
