He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Bentley Stephens; his children, Dale Stephens of Langley, KY, Connie Turner of Lenoir, NC and Sonya McGarey (Derek) of Eastern, KY; his sisters, Barbara Parsons of Eastern, KY and Bernice Westfall of Pikeville, KY; his grandchildren, Stetson, Kaytlynn, Ryan, Kelsey, Andrew and Casey; and his great grandchildren, Jazmine and Riley.
