He is survived by: his children, Justin Rose of Harold, John Wesley Rose, Angela Duff of Langley, Kristen Isaacs of Louisiana and Brandon Brown of Texas; his siblings, Bennie Rose of Garrett, John Rose of Prestonsburg, Sammy Salisbury of Van Lear, Hattie Thornsberry of David and Renea Crum of Banner, Kentucky; and his close friends, Bubby Castle and Jeff Campbell.
