He is survived by: his children, Stephen Halbert (Audreyetta), Wes Halbert (Amy), Stuart "Bear" Halbert (Melissa) and Elizabeth Tate (Lee); his grandchildren, Elyssa, Tad, Evan, Dalton, Dillon, Jared, Hannah, Jannah, Hayden, Kayla, Tyler and Seth; and his brothers, Jake Halbert Jr., Thomas Greg Halbert, Garner Halbert and John Glenn Halbert. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
