It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Kaye Hoover of Langley, Kentucky, born in Martin, Kentucky, who passed away on September 10, 2022, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Morris Isaac and Hope Collett Isaac; her grandson Michael Osborne; and her father-in-law Jackie Hoover. She is survived by: her spouse Jackie Hoover; her children, Jackie J. Hoover (Kaleigh Edwards) of Langley, Kentucky, Cynthia Hoover (Jeremy Osborne) of Tennessee and Crystal Hoover of Langley, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Alan Osborne, Bentley Osborne and Alexus Burchett; her sisters, Maggie Jones of Martin, Stacy Hoover of Langley, Cindy Frasure (Mike) of Langley, Debbie Hughes (Don) of Hueysville and Hope Mullins (Joe) of Hueysville, Kentucky; her niece Janie Patton; her mother-in-law Peggy Hoover; and her nephew Friends.
