It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Ann Ousley of Langley, Kentucky, who passed away on July 2, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ambers Ousley and Mary Gunnells Ousley; and her siblings, Rose McGarey, Hester McGarey, Lloyd McGarey, Pete McGarey, Grover McGarey, Miles McGarey, Raymond McGarey and Tom Ousley.
She is survived by: her sisters, Anna Ousley Lykens and Betty Ousley Kidd (Ransom); her siblings' children, Melissa Perry (Gary), Pamela Patton (Jeff), Glenna Lykens and Timothy Lykens (Anita); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jenna Patton, Zachary Patton, Breanna Duff, Seth Perry, Conner Lykens, Savannah Dean, Kenny Dean, Korben Duff, Andrew Patton and Zander Patton.
