She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Rowe and Ella May Blanton Collins; her aunts, Marcella Rowe Bailey, Gladys Rowe Wolfe, Rhonda Rowe (Rondie) and Augusta Rowe Carter; and her half-sisters, Donna Brown Allen and Brenda Brown Bailey.
She is survived by: her half-brother Ezra "Junebug" Collins Jr. of Paintsville, KY; and her aunts and uncles, James Blanton, Elmer Rowe, Delmar Rowe, Terry Rowe, Jerry Rowe, Carmen Marie Blanton Risner, June Blanton Harris and Sylvia Blanton. She is also survived by Nieces, and Nephews.
