He was predeceased by: his father Eddie B. Smith. He is survived by: his mother Anna Dean Aldridge Smith; his wife Patty; his children, Ricky Smith (Lori) and Brandy Smith (Danny); his grandchildren, Eli Smith, Tripp Baker and Mia Smith; and his sister Sonya Smith.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the The Woodford (203 E Woodford St, Lawrenceburg, KY 40342).
