He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Pryse Williams Sr. and Nannie Ruth Kirby Williams; his wife Mary Doris Armstrong Williams; his sister Elizabeth Williams; and his granddaughter Mallory Yvonne Williams.

He is survived by: his sons, Mike Williams (Margie) of Paducah, KY and Paul Williams (Dana) of Lawrenceburg, KY; his grandchildren, Megan Redditt (Alan), Jay Williams and Keifer Williams; and his great grandchildren, Brooks, Pryse Redditt and Cali Williams.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (111 N Main St, Lawrenceburg, KY 40342). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
