He is survived by : his wife Shirley Coulter Bunch; his daughters, Debbie Bunch, Terri Milam (Joe) and Shawna Fitzpatrick (Jimmy); his sister Glenna Simpson; his grandchildren, Victoria Coots, Courtney Milam, Jerry Milam, Alex Robinson, Madison Burgin, Isaiah Fitzpatrick, Isabella Fitzpatrick, Isaac Fitzpatrick, Scott Bunch, Myla Bunch and Silas Bunch; his great grandchildren, Emma Milam, Ila Milam, Cora Milam, Cooper Coots and Luka Coots; and his nephews, Doug and Greg Simpson.
