She is survived by: her children, Angie Ward and George Cummins, III (Jennifer); her brothers, Philip Kincaid and Herbert Kincaid; her grandchildren, Amber Ashburn (Tyler), Dylan Livingston, Kurt Cummins (Grace) and Eli Cummins; and her great grandchildren, Jacksyn Ashburn, Masyn Ashburn, Lincoln Ashburn, Grayson Ashburn, Huxstyn Ashburn, Eastyn Livingston and Beverly Livingston. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
