She was predeceased by: her husband Joe Manns; and her parents, Ray Coleman Wise and Rachel Ann Foley Wise. She is survived by: her children, Stephanie McKinney of Lawrenceburg, Sandra Shanks (Emery) of Richmond, Brandy Wilson (Justin) of Versailles and Steven Owens of Lawrenceburg; her siblings, Phillip Wise (Wilma), Karen Liddle (Tom), Fay Wooldridge (Scottie), Trisha Wise and Margaret Couch (Danny); her pet Chloe; and her caregivers, Shirley, Libby, Flex, Patty and Dawn. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to either Blackburn and Ward Funeral home or Hospice of Frankfort.
