She was predeceased by: her husband Jake "J. R." Barnett; her parents, Richard Berry Shouse and Elizabeth Vandiver Mayewski; her son Lowell Wayne Barnett; and her siblings, Mary Evelyn Shouse Campbell, James Thomas "Tommy" Shouse of Johnny and Joan Lee Shouse.
She is survived by: her daughters, Glenda Gay of Lawrenceburg and Libby Ann Goodlett (Drew) of Lawrenceburg; her grandchildren, Taylor Westerfield, Brent Campbell and Dawn Cheek; and her great grandchildren, Cory Doss, Brey Gorrell and Magnolia Westerfield.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home (701 N Main St, Lawrenceburg, KY 40342). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
