He was predeceased by: his father Clark Douglas Barnes; his son Lane Barnes; his stepfather Mike Wilkenson; and his father-in-law Jimmie Kukal. He is survived by: his mother Mary Alena Gatens Wilkinson; his wife Brenda Dianne Kukal Barnes; his children, Johnathan Harmon, Tyler Harmon, Amber Barnes, Jacob Denson (Shaunda Stella), Alisha Amos, David Wolverton (Stephanie) and Travis Wolverton (Allie); his brother Timothy Barnes; his grandchildren, Adrianna, Kaiden, Brayden, McKinnley, Colton, Daniel, John-David, Nevaeh, Jensen, Connor and Nora; his cousins, Mike Gatens (Brandi), Joey Gatens, Karl Miller (Julie) and Suzie Miller; and his mother-in-law Betty Kukal. He is also survived by numerous other cousins; several aunts and uncles.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home (701 N Main St, Lawrenceburg, KY 40342).
